How do I reserve a rental?

Simply call or text 623-301-3876 or visit your website at nextlvlvibes.com to check availability. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

How much is the deposit?

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before or at setup.

When do you deliver?

We typically deliver before your event starts and return after your event ends or the following morning for overnight rentals, depending on your rental agreement.

How long is the rental?

Most rentals include the entire day or 24hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your event.

Do you set everything up?

Yes! We handle delivery, setup, safety inspection, and takedown.

Do you provide extension cords and blowers?

Yes. We provide all necessary equipment needed for setup.

Do I need to provide electricity?

Yes. A standard 110V electrical outlet within approximately 100 feet of the setup area is required. If power isn’t available, ask about generator rentals.

What if I don’t have water access?

For water slides, you’ll need a working water spigot and hose nearby. If needed, let us know in advance and we can discuss available options.

Can bounce houses be set up on grass, concrete, or dirt?

Yes. We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or packed dirt using the appropriate anchoring method.

Is an adult required during the rental?

Yes. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Customer safety comes first. If severe weather is expected, we’ll work with you to reschedule whenever possible. If unexpected weather happens during your event, safely get everyone out of the unit and unplug and deflate the unit. 

Are your inflatables cleaned?

Absolutely. Every inflatable is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance. If your venue requires proof of insurance, let us know in advance.

Can the inflatable be moved after setup?

No. Once installed and secured, it cannot be moved.

What should kids wear?

Children should remove shoes before entering. Avoid sharp objects, jewelry, and anything that could damage the inflatable. Absolutely no silly string in or around the units. No food or candy in the units. Extra cleaning fee may be required upon inspection if these directions aren’t followed. 

Can adults use the bounce houses?

Some inflatables are designed for adults, while others are for children only. Ask us which units are suitable for adult use.

What is a foam party?

A foam party uses a professional foam cannon to create mountains of clean, cool, fluffy foam that guests can safely play in.

Is the foam safe?

Yes. Our foam solution is non-toxic, biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and safe for children, pets, and the environment when used as directed.

Will the foam stain clothes?

No. The foam does not stain clothing.

Does the foam leave a mess?

The foam naturally dissolves and evaporates. Depending on the surface, a quick rinse may be recommended after the event.

How much space do I need?

We recommend an open area of at least 20’ x 20’ for the best experience.

Do I need water and electricity?

Yes. We’ll need access to one standard electrical outlet and a water source.

How long does a foam party last?

Most foam party packages run between 60 and 90 minutes, but longer packages are available.

Can foam parties be held on grass or concrete?

Yes! Grass, concrete, turf, and many other flat surfaces work well.

Can adults participate?

Absolutely! Foam parties are fun for birthdays, schools, churches, corporate events, and all ages.

What should guests wear?

Swimsuits or lightweight clothing are recommended. Water shoes or bare feet work best. Goggles or glasses for sensitive eyes or extra precaution.

What comes with table rentals?

Our round table rentals include seating for up to 6 guests. Additional chairs are available if needed.

What are your rental prices?
